Publications
The Harmonie Papers are books and book-size reports. Their series
takes its name from a nearby building that was once a famous concert hall
and now houses Groningen University's faculty of letters, including its
department of International Relations.
Occasionals are, of course, incidental publications. The series
began in November 2005 with the publication, in Turkish and English, of
David Greenwood's report on Turkish civil-military relations and the EU.
Our newsletter, published twice to three times a year, is called
Security Matters. It reports on CESS activities and related
matters. Since issue 14, it also contains an editorial by one of the CESS staff members,
and a commentary, usually contributed by an outside expert.
